Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items to ensure they remain in human-grade condition.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a confirmation email that your return is in transit.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
